Luca D’Urso, a chartered aviation professional with over 16 years of experience across multiple sectors of the airline and brokerage industry.
My career has developed through a wide range of operational and commercial roles, including ground operations, commercial planning, budgeting, and sales — over 14 years within airlines and more than 2 years with a leading brokerage firm.
This path has allowed me to build a comprehensive understanding of both the commercial and operational dynamicsthat drive airlines and aviation service providers.
In addition to my professional experience, I hold an Executive Master in Business Administration — as the youngest student ever to complete the program — as well as a Master in Financial Performance and Business Strategy.
Today, I assist airlines and aviation brokers in defining and executing their short- and long-term strategies, providing informed, result-driven consulting based on proven, real-world experience.

My career has taken me through a wide range of vertical and horizontal areas — from ground operations, commercial planning, fleet allocation, slots, and traffic rights, to marketing, budgeting, and forecasting.
For more than a decade, I have been deeply involved in charter and ACMI sales, developing a strong commercial mindset and a deep understanding of the market dynamics.
Raised in an aviation family, aviation has always been more than just a profession — it’s part of my DNA.
Today, I also hold shares in tour operator, brokerage, and airline companies, reflecting my long-term commitment and belief in the industry’s growth and evolution
